- ALL VEHICLES ARE TO BE PARKED IN THE GRAVEL PARKING LOT.
- OLIVET IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY. NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY.
- NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
- NO FIREARMS OR FIREWORKS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
- SHOES ARE TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.
- STAY OUT OF THE CREEK. THE CREEK IS OFF LIMITS. BAPTISMS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CREEK WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE CARETAKER.
- THE BRIDGE IS OFF LIMITS UNLESS SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT.
- NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
- NO ATV, UTV, DIRT BIKES, BICYCLES, SKATES, SKATEBOARDS, DRIVABLE MOTORIZED TOYS, ETC. ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
- NO PORTABLE HEATERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
- NO ELECTRICAL EXTENSION CORDS OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES ARE ALLOWED IN THE CABINS.
- MATTRESSES ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE BEDS IN THE CABINS OR BARN LOFT.
- ALL CABINS SLEEP A MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- NO FOOD/DRINKS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CABINS OR BARN LOFT.
- LOITERING IS NOT ALLOWED AT THE SHOWER HOUSE AREA AND CABINS.
- ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED WHEN CAMPERS ARE IN THE CABINS.
- ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED DURING “SHOWER TIME.”
- WATER SLIDES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY DUE TO SAFETY AND INSURANCE COVERAGE.
- CAMPERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE THE GOLF CART DUE TO SAFETY AND INSURANCE COVERAGE.
- ALL ILLNESSES AND INJURIES MUST BE RECORDED IN THE NURSE’S STATION. INJURIES AND MEDICAL EMERGENCIES MUST BE REPORTED TO THE CARETAKER.
- ALL CAMPERS ARE REQUIRED TO INFORM THEIR COUNSELOR WHEN THEY LEAVE THE CABIN TO USE THE RESTROOM DURING THE NIGHT. A FLASHLIGHT SOULD BE TAKEN WITH THEM. PROVIDE AN ESCORT (ANOTHER CAMPER OR ADULT COUNSELOR) IF POSSIBLE.
- SHARE THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS WITH EVERYONE IN YOUR GROUP.
- The State of Indiana requires that a FIRE DRILL is to be conducted (led by the Camp Director) sometime during the first 24 hours upon arrival on the property. The Caretaker will share more information regarding the drill.
- You have been given a copy of the Camp Olivet “Disaster Plan” and the “Lost Child (Camper) Plan.” Please read.
- You will conduct an “Entrance Walk-Thru” of the facilities upon your arrival. The “Exit Walk-Thru” will be conducted by the Caretaker and a representative from your group before you depart. You have been given the form to conduct the “Walk-Thurs.”
- “Quiet Hours” are from 11:00 PM until 7:00 AM.
- Please report anything that is broken or in need of repair to the Caretaker immediately.
- The Rules and Regulations will be enforced by the Caretaker.
